Domestic violence

Physical abuse is one of the most visible and well-known forms of domestic violence. Leaving an abusive relationship is hard enough, you don’t wan’t to be blindsided by the seeming “corruption” in family court. Many have experienced post separation abuse by their ex, through the family court system. Many don’t understand that you “place your custody on the table” the second that you appear before a judge and that you give the judge full discretion as to who ends up with custody. Studies show that 85% of abusers gain custody in court. Let us help you prepare and understand your rights together as a community.
